Please join us! Thanks to our many programs and partners, Weed & Seed Erie touches the lives of hundreds of Erie children and adults each day. Making our neighborhoods safe is a big job, and it takes the help and financial support of many people, both inside and outside our neighborhoods. We invite you to become one of them.

From DEFY (Drug Education for Youth) to Neighborhood Watch programs to community gardening, Weed & Seed has countless ways for you to become more involved in making your neighborhood a better place to live. The Strategy
Weed and Seed, is a community-based strategy sponsored by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), is an innovative, comprehensive multiagency approach to law enforcement, crime prevention, and community revitalization. Community Capacity Development Office (CCDO) oversees the Weed and Seed initiative.
